Joe Latrell - President/CEO

An avid rocketeer for most of his life, Joe's management skills and knowledge of the aerospace industry keep the company focused on the goal of flying payload to space. His customer-centric approach is a refreshing change in the aerospace field.

Tracey Craft - iCFO

Our iCFO and Business Coordinator, Tracey brings her project management and accounting experiences together for Beyond-Earth. Tracey has worked for some impressive companies such as Coca-Cola and Agilent Technologies.

T'Christopher Gardner - Marketing Director

T'Chris has worked in Public Relations, Quality Assurance and education.

Jeff Boyes - Operations and Maintenance Director

Jeff is the guy who keeps the team focused on the details. There are many diciplines used in building a rocket and managing a rocket company. Jeff's Air Force experience is perfect for keeping everything on task.

Steve Adams - Lead Engineer

As Lead Engineer, Steve works the designs through process to make sure that they will work correctly. It seems like a paperwork job, but there is a lot of hands-on to what he does.

Sam Schaffer - Fabrication Specialist

Known as the 'Fab Guy', Sam is our slightly off center manufacturing specialist. Having served in the 82nd Airborne, he has experience with a wide variety of equipment. He also likes pushing the edge but keeps a keen eye on safety. Jumping out of airplanes does that to you.

James Russell - Propulsion Specialist

As a hobby rocketeer, James has pushed the envelope in several fields. He works as a flight Prefect at launches, works with several rocket clubs, and builds some really nice rocket motors. He currently holds a Level 3 high power rocketry certificate.

John Jamieson - Designer

John has been working in the hobby rocketry fields for over 20 years. He has a background in machining technology as well. He currently holds a Level 2 certification for high power rocketry and is working on his Level 3 certificate.

Gail Leatherwood - Marketing Advisor

Gail has been active in the space community for many years. As a member of the Planetary Society and the National Space Society, he keeps an eye out for what the Space advocacy groups are doing and what we can do to help them.
